You are permitted to upload cross stitch patterns that you have personally created or those for which you have obtained the rights for individual use from the original author and possess confirmation of this authorization.

  • Enforcement: Unauthorized or pirated schemas may be removed without warning, and repeated violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

  • It is forbidden to try to open files of other cross stitch viewers and editors applications without the consent of their developers. If we find such content, we may remove it without notice.

  • Attempt unauthorized access or data manipulation.

  • The user should possess basic skills in operating mobile devices and managing email tasks.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including text, graphics, and software) are the exclusive property of Merejka sp. z o.o. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
